Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pre-Course

COURSE INFORMATION

This course prepares the student for the ACLS course highlighting the skills and information not covered in the ACLS course.  This course is also a good refresher for ECG and Pharmacology

Course Curriculum Includes: Basics of Electrophysiology / Basic ECG / Lethal Rhythms / Heart blocks / Basics of Pharmacology / Resuscitation drugs.

Entry Requirements:  Any healthcare worker who has current registration as a Medical or Dental practitioner, Intern, Junior Intern, Professional Nurse or Paramedic and holds a current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Certificate, especially those that will be doing ACLS and is not current in ECG and Pharmacology.
